5. Pay it Forward.
Sometimes we allow negative energy to creep into our lives, like getting frustrated by rush hour traffic, etc.
Practice making a conscious choice to not get upset over something. Begin once a week by giving yourself a break if you forget to turn off the lights as you rush out of the house Saturday morning to make your yoga workout. This can promote positive energy which in turn can be infectious to others around you.
