Refunds are given in limited circumstances and will be determined on a case by case basis. Any used merchadise will not warrant a refund. If a refund is issued, please allou 3-4 weeks for it to process.

5. My credit card is not going through and I cannot place an order. What should I do?

6. Can I add additional items, combine separate orders, change an order, or cancel an order after it has been placed?
After an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items, you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply. We cannot combine separate orders and separate shipping charges will apply to all orders placed separately. We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged.

7. What payment methods does Tamara of New York accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can use your debit card if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo. We use a secure encrypted server to ensure that your information is safe.

8. Is my payment information secure?
Security is our priority. We use the latest technology in securing our site with an encrypted SSL page to process all credit card payments so that your credit card information is guaranteed safe. Upon entering the credit card inputting stage, you will enter a secure server which encrypts your information and guarantees that your credit card information can not be viewed by anyone else.

9. Do you charge sales tax?
As required by law, Tamara of New York charges sales tax only to New York residents.

10. Is there a shipping charge?
Tamara of New York has a standard delivery charge of $5.95 per order. We offer USPS and UPS ground service to anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately we cannot ship to internationally. Please look for our promotional free standard shipping promotionals that we offer throughout the year. Our shipments take 7-10 business days to arrive and out of stock items may come in a lter shipment with no extra cost to you.

11. Do you have coupon codes?
Yes we have promotional codes throughout the year. We also offer extra savings to our registered customers and these codes are sent via e-mail.

12. What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. All items must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging and with the original labels. At this time we do not offer free returns.

13. How do I exchange my merchandise?
If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please email us at mail@tamaraofnewyork.com and provide us with the styles you would like to exchange. Returned merchandise in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) and exchanges must be made within 14 days. Any difference is price will be credit or charged. We can credit any shipping costs, and new costs may be incurred for shipped merchandise.

14. Where do I ship my exchanges?
Upon receipt of the RMA form, please ship to our shipping warehouse. Our Corporate Office in New York will wil accept any returned merchandise
